Unity includes marriages, families, small groups, and congregations at the citywide, national, and even international levels. We are partnering with other ministries in many of these areas.
Two of the areas where conflict resolution is particularly needed and can often benefit from some outside coaching and/or mediation are at the marriage level and at the congregation/organizational level.
Marriage Conflict
There are many resources that can help with marriage intervention, but the ministry we are most closely partnered with in the Tucson area is Romans 12 Ministries. They focus on leaders and provide marriage intensives, as well as have a list of recommended counselors. Contact Sophia at Romans 12 Ministries.
Congregational Conflict
For outside assistance for conflict at a congregational/organizational level, we are developing resources and partnering with others skilled at stepping in. Reconciliation often requires truth-telling on the front end. Where humility and repentance abound, reconciliation can be possible. For more information about this service, contact Dave Drum.
